      Saucepan Cooking Instructions: Add 1 tablespoon of oil (optional) to 2 cups of water and boil. Add 1 cup of rice to boiling water and gently stir. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and keep covered. Let stand for 5 minutes until all water is absorbed (serves 4). Microwave Cooking Instructions: Combine 1 cup of rice, 1 tablespoon of oil (optional) to 2 cups of water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high power (100%) for 20 minutes. Remove from microwave and keep covered. Let stand until all water is absorbed about 5 minutes (serves 4). Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate.

      Store in cool, dry place.
