This classic, whole grain quick oatmeal cooks in 1 minute for a fast, heart-healthy (1) option at breakfast time.

      Cooking Directions: Stove Top: 1. Boil water and salt. 2. Stir in oats. 3. Cook about I minute over medium heat; stir occasionally. Microwave (one serving): 1. Combine water, salt and oats in a medium microwaveable bowl. 2. Microwave 1½ to 2 minutes; stir before serving. Caution! Bowl may be hot. Servings: 1; 1/2 cup oats; 1 cup water; dash salt (optional). Servings: 2; 1 cup oats; 1 3/4 cups water; 1/4 tsp salt (optional). Servings: 3; 1 1/2 cups oats; 2 1/2 cups water; 1/4 tsp salt (optional).
